Looking for Openers, Closers, and Weekends. Currently staffed with day and school kid shifts.
Crew Rates (Part Time / Full Time depending on availability):
-7am - 9pm Weekdays & Weekends but can't Open or Close: $10.00+
-Open and Closers: Stating at $11.00+ depending on previous McDonald's / Fast Food Experience.
Management: Starting rate $13.00 (new rate 1/1/20) depending on previous McDonald's experience.

Q:) What does the rate range mean (say $9.50-$11.00).
A:) This refers to experience relevant and long enough to make you a faster candidate to train. So saying you worked 3 months in Wendy's is not experience (duration was too short). Saying you worked at Wendy's for 2 years as a manager shows skills that were learned both by title and longevity). Obviously 6 months previous McDonald's experience recently is a plus. Having experience in fast food 3-99 years ago, might not influence our starting rate.
Q:) Where are your stores exactly:
A:) We are located beach side, 1005 East Eau Gallie Cswy -AND / OR- 1080 Highway A1A Satellite Beach Florida. Before applying google the distance to help reduce surprises.
Q:) Why do you pay so much more than many other McDonalds?
A:) Each operator decides pay rates/schedules/etc Being a beach store we know typical commute for our employees is longer and hence we offer more. We also seem to expect more hospitality then some of our counterparts.
