Need someone with strong problem solving skills, reliable and punctual.
Someone that can work well under pressure, will train right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound calls to customers & insurance companies
Communicate to customers, employees, and insurance companies by phone/email
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer files, account statuses, and relevant problems
Assist in achieving company goals and other duties, as needed
Scheduling/Appointment Setting
Maintaining assigned customer accounts
