Awesome Taxi is looking for motivated drivers (lease or owner operators). We primarily transport the students stationed here at NAS Pensacola. This job is safe, fun and rewarding.
We are looking for full time, part time and weekend drivers. You must be 25 years of age, no felonies and a decent driving record. Pay depends on you and your effort.
The city of Pensacola requires a certified background check done by FDLE. You can get this online at http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/Criminal-History-Records/Record-Check. The cost is $24. The background check does take about two weeks to get back so please keep this in mind. Once you obtain a city permit to drive for hire you can apply for base access same day.
Lease drivers get a licensed, insured and permitted taxi to drive. Fair and equal dispatching, paid tolls for Pensacola Beach. All maintenance is done by Awesome Taxi. Full time drivers take van home. Owner operators please call for details.
Requirements:
Must be 25 yrs old or older
Must be reliable
Must have current FDLE background check
Clean MVR
Clean appearance
Smart phone w/ data
Take home pay is usually $500-$800 per week with full time drivers.
