Real Estate Investor Junior Associate / Project Manager (Gulf Breeze - Midway - Navarre)

NOW HIRING: successful real estate investment company is hiring three more Junior Associates / Project Managers.

1. Position: Junior Associate / Project Manager.

2. Time Commitment: 15 hours per week.

3. Location:

- Approximately 12 hours per week work from home / work site of your choosing.

- Approximately 3 hours per week (three one hour appointments) at Contractees home office (or other office type location in the Gulf Breeze - Midway - Navarre area).

4. Resources provided:

- Access to, coaching, and training on a proven, repeatable, and profitable real estate investing method.

- All funding (marketing funds, earnest money, funds to purchase, purchase closing costs, et cetera).

5. Compensation: several compensation structures available, ranging from $225 per week, to 25 percent of net profit of sales.

6. Duties to be performed:

- Apply the companys proven process to acquire, purchase, and sell real property.

- Receive data (property records) from Senior Associate or Managing member; scrub data in Microsoft Excel.

- Mail merge data into form letter using Microsoft Word.

- Build PDF slide presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Monitor and facilitate the purchase of real property as it proceeds through the agreement and closing processes.

- Find, hire, and manage Contractors (surveyors, photographers, et cetera).

- Add property information to templates to create sales marketing copy.

- Distribute marketing copy through existing marketing channels such as Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow, et cetera.

- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify Buyers, and pass qualified Buyers to Senior Associate or Managing Member for final negotiation and agreement.

- Monitor and facilitate the sale of real property as it proceeds through the agreement and closing processes.

7. Required (must haves):

- A drivers license, your own (insured) vehicle, a smart cell phone, and your own computer that runs Microsoft Windows.

- Associates degree (or equivalent) or higher from an accredited academic institution.

- Extensive experience and a very high degree of proficiency in the following technologies: Microsoft Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Chrome, DropBox, and Internet-based applications.

- Outstanding oral communication and telephone skills.

- Outstanding written communication and email skills.

8. Desired (good to haves):

- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) or higher from an accredited academic institution.

- Experience and some degree of proficiency in the following technologies: Google Earth Pro, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, and You Tube.

- Experience in the real estate title industry.

- Experience in the recording / official records department of a County Clerks office.

- Project management experience.
