Brightlink Solutions Inc has immediate openings for several IT support personnel. Duties center on general computer support/helpdesk technician but work opportunities range from cable/fiber installation, IP camera configuration, VOIP support and up to assistant server administrator level responsibilities. Majority of work is in Bay County for a limited set of clients.
Applicants must be proficient in the following areas:
Working with end users supporting a variety of Windows based applications and hardware.
Working in environments with a high degree of virtualization
General Windows networking methods and troubleshooting
Configuring new workstations out of the box to a client's desk
Dealing with security threats and malware
Ability to quickly learn and support unfamiliar software systems
Efficiently utilizing helpdesk software to manage day to day tasks
At least one position will require assistant server admin experience with Windows Servers and Cisco LAN equipment. Any other higher level experience is a huge plus for assistant admin duties.
Positions require a professional appearance and attitude. Must be able to think "out of the box" and adapt to challenging scenarios. Must 100% be punctual (early is even better), ready and willing to work each day with a refreshed attitude of WILL DO. Anyone else don't bother applying!
Because we have several positions opening, we are willing to work with a range of experience levels. The more experience the better, but we will consider one person with less experience if they have the right personality and attitude.
