My name is Keith Walker and I was the former president/coo for a large air conditioning company in Naples FL for 9 years Conditioned Air. Over the last 9 years, we grew to almost 350 employees by doing (3) things: always treating the customer right; valuing/treating our employee's like our customers; and ALWAYS doing the right thing. Customer's are our external customers, and employees are our internal customers (and both have to be happy to be successful).
I recently purchased a company here in Panama City Beach Quincy's Heating and Air Conditioning; I plan on doing the same thing here as I had done at Conditioned Air; however, I know in order to accomplish that, I need to surround myself with great people. My goal is to grow to about 50 employees in the next 3 - 5 years, so opportunity for you to advance will tremendous.
