There is an opening in Panama City, Florida, for a self-motivated individual that has construction experience and knowledge of built-up roofing systems, roof construction, and project management with the ability to anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner. The right individual will be physically able to climb ladders, have experience working in operating industrial facilities, and have the skills necessary to develop a good working relationship with others. The primary tasks will include observing construction, documenting the progress of construction work, and maintaining communication (verbal and written) between the facility owner and general contractor. Documentation of construction work progress will require legible, clear, and concise writing skills. Construction Specification Institute (CSI) CCA certification is a plus. This position is a full-time (up to approximately 50 hrs/wk), temporary position (6-8+ months). Future assignments may be possible. Please email resume and cover letter.
