Executive Assistant non-profit (Kissimmee)
compensation: $14 (and up depending on experience )

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Provide executive level administrative assistance to Director
Maintain contacts, schedule, and correspondence for the Director
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):
1. Performs advanced administrative duties, preparing correspondence and reports as requested by supervisor and composes draft letters following established formats. Proofreads all materials for accuracy prior to supervisory review and signature.
2. Coordinates Director schedule and maintains contacts
3. Contact & coordinate seminars or Organization
4. Attends assigned committee meetings; prepares meeting notices, agenda and minutes.
5. Assists in fundraising efforts as assigned by providing administrative support to committee chairs, Board Members, and volunteers.
6. Provide administrative assistance to the director regarding Board of Directors to include meeting notices, attending meetings and preparing minutes, maintaining Board List and statistical data. Coordinate Annual Meetings and other special events, such as Board Orientation and the annual Board Retreat.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required or as assigned.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
-Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field from an accredited college or university, or professional administrative certification desired.
- Minimum of 1year executive level administrative support is a MUST
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write and prepare professional correspondence.
-Advanced knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office, databases, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access software a plus.
-Valid driver's license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We conduct meetings with Government and Law enforcement's, which may require travel to their offices, and therefore, travel might be required (occasionally)
Physical requirements: The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
The employee may occasionally need to operate a motor vehicle.
Work environment: Normal office environment.
Pay: $14/hour (or over depending on Experience ) FULL OR PART TIME/Monday -Thursday (additional hours might be needed, for certain programs on Saturday's. Furthermore might be needed on call via phone after working hours
Insurance, Gas Allowance, and Bonuses after the first 90 Days
