General Family Practice looking for a gentle and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Must be team and goal-oriented. Ability to explain treatment needs and benefits to patients. Ability to educate patients is a high priority.
> State RDH license
> Passion for patient education
> Take diagnostically acceptable radiographs
> Demonstrate proficient skills in dental prophylaxis and proper use of equipment
> Chart - including graphical charting, perio charting and proper chart documentation standard templates and individual treatment plan conversation notations and being prepared to relay team members with information when needed
> Provide positive and professional leadership role
> Successfully maintain recall system and assist in filling schedule when and if needed
> 4 years of practice experience (is preferred but not required)
> Administer Local Anesthesia capabilities
> Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS
HOURS: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (may add Tuesday in the future)
COMPENSATION: Hourly, Paid Holidays, PTO, Goal Bonuses, CEs

Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 /hour
