The Bay Beacon weekly newspaper, Niceville, seeks a freelance reporter to write human-interest stories and cover meetings of government agencies in Niceville, Valparaiso, and elsewhere in Okaloosa County, part-time. You must be available Tuesday evenings. Nonfiction writing experience essential. Residence in the Bay Beacon's circulation area preferred. Some reporting and photo experience helpful.
