We are seeking a full-time Bell Captain position at Margaritaville Key West Resort & Marina.
The Bell Captain is responsible for providing excellent service to our guests from arrival to departure. Primarily, the Bell Captain supervises the bell staff in transporting luggage to and from guest’s rooms, instructs bell staff in procedure regarding requests from guests, utilizing knowledge of hotel facilities.
Qualifications:
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Must have excellent customer service skills
Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and lifting up to 50-100 lbs
Must be detail oriented
Must possess excellent time management and organization skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
The schedule is Saturday-Tuesday, 9am-7pm
