Experienced Maintenance Team Members
A minimum of one (1) or more years of maintenance experience is preferred
A valid driver's license is required
Required to provide own (basic) hand tools-and know how to use them safely
Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, paint/drywall and appliance repair
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Experienced Leasing Team Members
The role of a Leasing Consultant consists of working within the sales team, customer service, managing marketing campaigns, maintaining the leasing center to a high company standard for our residents and guests. The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration and to implement marketing strategies. You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, resident retention and customer satisfaction.

Experienced Community Housekeeper
We are looking for a dependable, responsible individual to Join our Team! Must have excellent communication skills. Flexible with schedule and available to work weekends as needed.
Familiarity with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaning and knowledge of safe use of chemicals and supplies. Responsibility include but not limited to cleaning public areas, vacant apartments such as bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, patios, floors. The right team member must be able to work independently and/or in a team environment, pay attention to detail and have a minimum of 1 year experience.
FULL TIME HOURS - FULL TIME PAY - start immediately.
