We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and great work ethic. This position is not for the faint-hearted. You will have to work hard, but you will reap the rewards of truly changing lives.
The Solar Instructor facilitates student learning to achieve program and course objectives. Organizes all aspects of the classroom function to include demonstration material, cleanliness, safety, and lecture. Administers lessons according to pre-developed lesson plan. Leads students through practical application of lessons taught.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of three years field experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including problem-solving and decision-making
Maintain a positive attitude and strong student focus to inspire, engage, and coach potential students
Proven self-starter who continually pursues learning opportunities
