Banta Properties is currently accepting resumes and setting up interviews for immediate hire. for Leasing Consultants positions. Hours of full time positions are 9:45am to 6pm Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation 9:45am -2pm. Hours for part-time position are 1pm - 5pm Monday-Friday and other shifts as needed.
Responsibilities include but or not limited to Leasing units, move-ins, lease renewals, generating and handling prospects, qualifying prospects, following all polices and procedures, taking maintenance orders, etc.
These positions requires the ability to communicate via e-mail, phone, and in person, must have office/administrative experience; printing, copying, scanning, filing, etc., strong closing skills and be passionate about what your job.
These Leasing Consultant positions are the first point of contact and the key to shaping the amazing experience of prospects/tenants and visitors that enjoy our communities.
Job Qualifications/Experience
Must have reliable transportation
1-3 years Leasing Consultant Experience
Experience in Sales and Customer Service
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be able to work weekends when needed
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and propose feasible solution.
