Cape Coral pool company is looking to hire someone to run the office. The requirements include working independently with daily tasks, answering phones, filing and management of pool technician route books. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast pace office, full time - forty hours per week. Please email resume for consideration.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Basic QuickBooks Knowledge
Manage pool technicians' routes
Filing paperwork, such as service requests and work orders
Answering phones
Communicating with customers, technicians and contractors
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Windows 10
Looking for someone who is very organized, detail oriented, multitasks well and great customer service skills
Looking for someone with at least 1-2 years customer service background
Education Requirement:
High School Graduate
Microsoft Office Word, Excel proficient
QuickBooks knowledge preferred
Must be able to multitask
Detail oriented with a drive for accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must for this position
Pool industry knowledge is a plus but not required
Valid drivers license and vehicle to get to and from work
