Position requires experience in:
- Quickbooks
- Microsoft Office - Word - Excel - Etc.
- Customer service skill
- Public Notary
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Scheduling
- Dispatching
- Invoice entry and some billing
- Data entry
Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30 PM
Training is available.
