Do you love to fix things when you find something that doesn't work? This is a full time position of 40 hours per week (or part time of 3 - 4 days) requiring a solid ability to troubleshoot and deal with property maintenance issues. Skills for basic repair and maintenance required. Strengths in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall and painting are preferred. Basic computer skills including posting and completing work orders necessary. An eye for detail is an asset. Must have a cell phone with camera and data, vehicle and tools. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. References and resume required. Saturday work mandatory. Hourly salary plus mileage and benefits package.
Responsible for maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction. Minimum of 1 yr experience required. Must read, write and speak English. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
We are the premiere vacation rental company on Fort Myers Beach specializing in high end homes, cottages and some multi-family properties. Must have reliable transportation, basic tools, computer skills and pass a background check. You will also be required to complete a short job profile survey.
