Project Accounting Manager for General Contractor. Experience Required in all phases of construction. Educated in construction accounting practices, QuickBooks CE Ed. -Intermediate to advanced level, Minimum of intermediate level in Excel., Must have strong organizational management skills. Apple Proficient. Will be Tested. Applicant must be willing to learn and follow companies framework, procedures and policies.

-Entering job estimates
-Maintaining certificate of Insurances for vendors and Clients
-Overall Data Entry-Maintaining orderly records
-Must be able to meet required task and project deadlines
