What you'll do:
Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments.
Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features.
Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements.
Miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
What's an ALL-STAR?:
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Excellent sales and marketing abilities are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Candidates must have experience in leasing apartments. Candidates must have a valid drivers license. Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.
