Analyst/assistant to research land throughout Florida (we provide full training), write basic copy for flyers, e-marketing, and cataloging Real Estate-related data. Great opportunity for students majoring in Marketing, Finance, or Real Estate – especially Real Estate. Candidate musts:
Strong with MS Word and Excel
Good wordsmithing, keyboarding, math, and telephone skills
Clear phone voice
Currently in college
Average 24 hours per week $12.50 per hour ($100 per day) with potential bonus for measurable results. Job is a great resume-builder for any college intern program but even better for future, near-certain, 6-digit Commercial Real Estate career. No sales involved, no RE license needed, but you must love to research.
Until Covid is over, job will be work-from-home. Applicant must have own PC with dual (or more) monitors and good internet access.
