Online Business Consulting company looking for Customer Service / Office Assistant
Hours: Monday - Thursday 10am-3pm
Busy small office looking for an organized individual with an interest in Online Business, to help manage Clients, Vendors and maintain a productive workflow.
The ideal person:
- very organized and can multi-task
- interested in learning about running online businesses
- help create and maintain systems to promote a better work flow
- team player, able to work with others and alone
Job Duties:
- Answer busy telephones
- Open customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Data entry
- Contact clients via telephone, email, & text messaging
- Communicate with existing and potential customers via live chat
- Answer and assign help desk tickets
- Communicate back and forth with Vendors
- Send technical documentation to Clients that are having issues
- Improves Client references by writing and maintaining documentation
- Create and manage instructional/tutorial videos
- Create and manage spreadsheets
- Review resumes for jobs we are advertising for
- Communicate with Clients to obtain documents
- Clean out and maintain database
- Maintain filling system within office
Skills:
- Good command of the English language - Bi-Lingual a plus
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Web Design knowledge a plus, will train
