We are looking for an organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the owners of an international medical device company located in Sunrise/Weston.
Position Responsibilities:
Administrative support to owners
Assist with project management and project tracking
Client communication
Communicate with Asia staff
Internet research
Travel arrangements
Keep calendars and schedules
Generates reports and correspondence
Assist with personal projects as needed
Must possess the following qualifications:
HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZED
Available approximately 20-25 hours a week to start, can turn into full time position
Flexible schedule between 9-5pm M-F (hours and times negotiable)
Strong computer skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype, Dropbox
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, proofreading and grammar
Flexible, resourceful, efficient, entrepreneurial
Strong internet research skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
