Job Description

Our Staffing Company continuous growth has created an opening for a Bilingual Recruiter/HR Coordinator in our Doral and Hialeah offices. We are a full-service staffing company that specializes in providing high quality and dependable employees to Employers in the South Florida area for all industry sectors.

The Bilingual Recruiter/HR identifies client’s needs and recruits quality individuals and places them on temporary assignments, temporary to permanent positions, and direct hire positions at our clients (employers in the area) matching their proven skills and interests.

Work Hours: Must be available to work from 12:30 PM to 7:30 Pm Wednesday to Sunday. Able to work all day weekends is a must.

Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Identify recruiting sources, network and develop contacts with cultural organizations and other groups.

· Post ads, search and review resumes, and pre-screen hundreds of applicants over the phone and in person.

· Reach or exceed client and applicant expectations for branch through personal efforts and managing a “results-oriented" team

· Interviewing, screening, and assigning hundreds of employees to meet client needs.

· Treat all applicants with respect, integrity, and professionalism

· Develop a positive attitude and a “loyalty to company" attitude for self and in communication with fellow staff, clients, and temporary employees.

· Answer hundreds of telephone calls in a positive, professional manner

· Organize, help with administration duties.

· Set up assessments test for applicants.

· Perform drug screening and background checks

· Front coverage of front desk at all available times and greet all walk-ins

· Various duties will be assigned as necessary

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (not all included):

· Must be fluent in Spanish and English (speak, write and read fluently).

· Customer Service experience isrequired. Human Resources, or Staffing, or Recruiting experience is a Must!

· Must be self starter (required minimal supervision), very organized and detail oriented.

· MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS (Test will be administered)

· Must have the ability and the flexibility to identified and respond to changes in priorities.

· Oral and written communications are clear, concise, organized, and professional

· Must be a proficient communicator and listener.

· Must present professional and clean image through work attire.

· Needs to have excellent relationship-building skills.

· Must be computer literate with high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Applications.

· Must have experience working in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Must have the ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks.

· Knowledge of telemarketing and inside/sales is a plus.

· Bachelors degree in HR or any related field is a must
