Flynn Management Corporation, is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Willow Pond Apartments. A 162 unit conventional garden apartment community in Ormond Beach, Fl. Prior 55PLUS experience desired. Real Page/Onesite software a plus. Must have good marketing, leasing, people and administrative skills. Minimum 5 years experience in conventional apartment management required. Must have good computer skills including Word and Outlook. Discounted apartment available. Monday to Friday but some weekends may be required. Must be smoke free. Drug testing required. Flynn Management is a 37 year old Florida based privately held company with approximately 90 employees.
