AirBenders, LLC. is hiring full-time HVAC professionals for the following positions: EXPERT SERVICE, INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS AND HELPERS

Required Qualifications:
5 years residential and light commercial experience
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Honest and dependable
Clean driving record as required by company insurance carrier
Clean criminal records
Able to work in a flexible schedule, full time and overtime hours, plus weekends when needed.
Motivated to succeed and grow in HVAC career
Team Player
Strong work ethic
Want to be our next 5-Star Technician? Here's what we need from you:
Must be able to carry out instructions with or without supervision
Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and follow written and verbal instructions
Great interpersonal skills with all types of customers
Ability to install basic systems,
example: air handler, furnace, indoor coils, humidifier, UV lights, air cleaners.
Ability to install and fabricate small ductwork transitions
Install outdoor units, outdoor coils, perform refrigerant repairs, compressor, txv, etc.
Ability to wire indoor and outdoor units
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Perform other duties assigned
Willingness to Learn and looking for a career, not just a job
Preferred Qualifications:
Commercial refrigeration
Nate Certification
Plumbing Experience
Electrical Experience
