DESCRIPTION: The Audio Engineer/Producer is responsible for any audio production service or project assigned by the Operations/Studio Manager or Owner. This includes but is not limited to hourly recording/mixing sessions, flat rate services, and beat production. Producers are expected to contribute at least 3 beats/instrumentals to the Listen Vision Stock Catalog per month. The audio engineer/producer must file production work on company hard drives properly.
In addition to production responsibilities, the audio engineer/producer must always know exactly when the next session is to begin and end, what type of session it is, and whether the client's materials can be released to the client. If no office staff is available, the audio engineer/producer must invoice the client before starting the session and never start a session before payment has been received. Further responsibilities include keeping the control room clean, greeting patrons of the studio, informing clients about other Listen Vision services and maintaining positive relationships with all Listen Vision clients.
