Urban Natural Hair is a NATURAL HAIR SALON with locations in Silver Spring, Temple Hills, MD and Alexandria, VA. We are in need of an assistant who has great customer service, computer, and verbal/written communication skills. The assistant should wear natural styles (your naturally textured hair) and have at least a basic working knowledge of natural haircare/styles/products. Responsibilities include
assisting with phone calls & emails, scheduling appointments & social media
assisting stylists and clients
assisting with shampoo & comb out services
managing the overall workflow of the salon
keeping the salon clean & organized
Flexible part time hours, with some daytime hours required.
