This may be the position for you! 9Round Kickbox Fitness in Laurel MD is seeking an enthusiastic sales manager/trainer with an outgoing and energetic personality. Strong sales background is recommended. This is an entry-level position with opportunity to grow with the business.

Responsibilities:
Represent the club/gym in a professional manner
Train members and help them meet their fitness goals
Sell memberships and merchandise with a focus on total income brought in each month
Oversee all operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing aspects of the club
Schedule appointments for prospective members
Work closely with owner to motivate, hire, and train personal trainers
Coordinate marketing, promotional, and special events with the owner
Ensure all equipment is working properly
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the club
Ensure the quality of the product

CLEANING
To attract and keep members, the gym must be clean at all times.
Trainers will follow a scheduled cleaning program to ensure members are always working out in a clean environment.
Compensation: Base ($500-$700 based on 40hr week) (plus commission and bonuses)
