TruTeam’s Client Solutions Partner (CSP) works to grow the company’s profits through attracting new clients and by increasing the profitability of existing clients. Business development within TruTeam is a specialized role, therefore requiring a proven ability to develop strong, trusting relationships and to attain and close business in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This position requires a high level of integrity, self-disciple and interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Please note, you would be working a mixed schedule of remote and onsite with our COO in the DC area.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn Messaging, emails and industry events in an effort to schedule meetings with new prospective clients. Tracking all activity in our sales database. Traveling to meet with prospects and clients. Demonstrating excellent account management at all times. Managing a territory and developing a target prospecting strategy. And last, but not least, working cohesively with our internal team to make sure your clients' needs are being met, while representing "The TruTeam Way".
