Title company in Northern VA seeks Post Closing Assistant. Post-Closing duties include but are not limited to:
-Scanning signed closing package into system
-Sending funding documents for funding approval
-Sending (via courier) signed original documents back to lender
-Sending out all checks/ mailings and overnighting commissions and payoffs
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics/ strengths

Requirements:
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Some Title experience not required but preferred (we will train the right person)

Please NOTE: This is NOT a remote position. Ideal candidate will be present in office during business hours, Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
