Busy team is looking for licensed real estate agents to show homes in DC & MD (Primarily PG & MoCo, some Charles, AA, , etc.).
DC & MD licensees are our top priority (ideally you could do VA also but the least needed).
You'll get paid every time you show a house and you are free to accept or decline showing requests whenever it suits your schedule.
Our normal fee schedule for normal showings is $50 for the 1st house, $20 for every house there after.
We will occasionally offer more for certain circumstances such as homes very far apart (House 1 Greenbelt, House 2 Bowie, House 3 Fort Washington, etc.). In scenarios where maybe you show 5 homes/condos in the same building / neighborhood we might offer a little less for the extra houses. Whenever we are offering more or less than the normal fee structure will be stated up front when we send you the request for you to accept / decline.
We're not requiring you to move your license to our brokerage to be a showing agent, but that would be ideal if you're open to it.
Also, we have openings for buyer's agents. This would be a good way to get your foot in the door and earn some money while building your pipeline. Our agents get fed lots of leads and are very busy. You would have to join the brokerage to be a buyer's agent. We'll Zelle / Cashapp / Paypal etc. you the money after you show homes.
Reliable, presentable transportation is required.
