To assist in the daily operations of the business, skills we are looking for from the candidate would include:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pleasant phone manner for a very busy insurance office. You will be the first voice our clients hear throughout the day; so this is a paramount skill we are looking for in a potential candidate.
A positive, upbeat attitude with willingness to contribute as part of a team
A thorough attentiveness to detail
The ability to effectively take messages for appropriate office staff members.
The desire to be of service to clients as needed (could include assisting with making a payment, basic data entry or other service needs, etc).
The ability to take direction and complete assigned tasks without supervision
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word & Excel
A strong work ethic and integrity of character
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with clients via phone and email
Set up new accounts and scan client information into agency management system
Assist clients with online payments
Reporting new claims online to insurance companies
Ordering office supplies as needed
Other duties as assigned by the owner and agents
HOURS:
Part-time - 3 DAYS A WEEK: (with potential to increase to full time); Flexible work days; work hours 9AM - 5PM; 1 Hr lunch break
Salary commensurate with experience
