Economic consulting firm seeks an Admin Assistant to join its busy HR team! This position is responsible for coordinating all recruiting programs including PhD, undergraduate, experienced professional and operations. Responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute various recruiting events
- Coordinate application review process
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Coordinate background checksÂ
- Maintain and update all external job postings as well as internal requisitions
- Compile and send out new hire packages
- Plan internal employee eventsÂ
- Assist with new hire on-boardingÂ
- Prepare various reports in applicant tracking system and other HR systems
BA required with 1-3 years of professional experience and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook for calendars and email. This is an amazing learning opportunity and introduction into HR and Recruiting. Must be comfortable owning projects and working independently at a fast pace!
