DESCRIPTION:
Small woodworking business seeks an assistant to perform supervised shop and field-based woodworking, cabinetmaking and installation, finish carpentry and finishing tasks for the high end residential market. Other responsibilities include procuring materials and maintaining general organization and cleanliness of the shop and jobsites.

REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable and resourceful
Appreciate quality craftsmanship
Must have own transportation and a valid drivers license
Background check required
Able to communicate effectively in English
Carpentry experience preferred, but not required
HOURS & COMPENSATION:
Daytime, M-F with negotiable weekends
Pay commensurate with experience
Quarterly merit bonuses
