We are looking for an energetic and motivated foreman who can help us:
Manage field work
Monitor work quality
Deliver material and equipment to field crews
Manage our inventory
Manage servicing of our field equipment and vehicles
Assist/advise/monitor our workers in the field
Produce employee and work schedules
Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment
Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
The successful candidate should have:
5-10 years of experience in the construction industry
Read/Speak/write Spanish fluently
Must have a valid Driver's license
No criminal history
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good physical condition and stamina
Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage
