Qualifications: At least 5 years line cook experience. Be able to stand up to 6-10hrs a day. Lift 80lbs. Reliable transportation. Previous sous chef/ kitchen manager experience (preffered).
Responsibilities: The sous chef will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen when the executive chef is absent. Must hold standards and safety measures at all times. Will be required to close at least 2 nights a week. Must work a minimum of 55hrs per week.
