June Homes is revolutionizing the experience of living with roommates, by converting luxury homes into stress free roommate arrangements. Our tenants (we call them members) choose June because of its convenience, flexibility, fully furnished rooms and a community of like-minded members. One of top performing real estate tech startups in the U.S is hiring New members success manager to show our homes to prospective members. This position is based out of Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Performs and manages all activities relating to the successful leasing of homes in order to ensure attainment of budgeted occupancy, low vacancies and Net Operating Income.

Oversees designated sales region with guidance from the City Manager, Head of Sales, Marketing Director and Head of Customer Success

Utilizing creative sales techniques and relationship building with brokers, colleges, apartment locators and other businesses

Securing leases on available homes while acting as an informational liaison on behalf of the community to prospects and members. Creating an ease in the transition from prospect to full-member.

Providing tours of our homes to prospects, using persuasive selling techniques to highlight community amenities and home features.

Virtual showings online. Performing virtual showings of June homes to potential members.

Executing paperwork and prospect follow up including but not limited to entering prospect information into Property Management software

Providing Excellent Customer service and a "June Homes: Make it Work" Attitude

Ability to remain organized, multi-task and work well under pressure

Requirements:

Fluent speaking/writing English

(2+ years) Experience in Customer Service

(1+ years) Experience in Sales

(1+ years) Experience in Cross-Promotion and B2B Marketing

(Preferred) Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate or Property Management

Undergrad College Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, PR or related field suggested, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will be:

Disciplined, Systematic, Entrepreneurial,

Fluent in Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft, Google

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Customer service or customer relationship experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ready to work long hours from (9 am - 7 pm)
