Charles Street Bakery is a small town homey bakery in the heart of La Plata, Md. We specialize in baked goods ranging from cakes, pies, cookies, bars, danish, croissants, sticky buns, ect. We are a very busy little bakery . We work as a team and our goal is to put out the best product possible and have fun doing it.
Job description:
We are looking for an Experienced Baker who is self-motivated and personable who can produce quality baked goods. Also must have the ability to work with our team and maintain an organized system when working.
Responsibilities: Manage productivity, oversee quality of products, Ensure cleanliness of the facility and tools in the kitchen. Communicate with co-workers on a daily basis regarding inventory of ingredients. Be willing to help in others areas of the bakery besides the baking when needed.
