We have an opening for UX Insights Analyst/Researcher . Location - Washington, DC(Remote)Duration - 11 monthsDue to COVID-19: Initially this team will be working off-site remotely until the CDC and gov. agency mandates government contractors may return safely on-site.• Exceptional UX analytical and conceptual research skills.• The ability to work with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.• Ability to review and validates that business case accurately captures the business needs and provides justification to support the business need• Work with the business to identify the minimum viable product and the prioritization of the features within a product Extensive experience in working with usability testing platforms (such as UserZoom) as well as agile environment and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence• Ensures that the project charter accurately defines the scope and test plans to ensures customer studies stays within scope.• Serve as a point of contact to business stakeholders, business owners and portfolio leads for business and functional requirements development• Develops research plans, findings and briefings, to validate high level requirements and strategies.• Produce detailed functional and non-functional requirements documents.• Performs a quality check of the user stories and ensure that user stories accurately document the acceptance criteriaRequired 1) Requires 3-6 Years of Experience: 2) 4 year degree in Human Center Design, UX Analysis, or related field or MBA is preferred 3) 3-5 years of UX experience with requirements gathering and documentation 4) Exceptional UX analytical and conceptual research skills.
