- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- 3+ years of network operations and engineering experience
- Experience with Cisco Enterprise Wireless solutions
- Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC), Cisco Lightweight Access Point (LWAP), Cisco Wireless Services Module (WiSM), Cisco Prime Infrastructure
- Solid understanding of networking technologies (routing, switching, TCP/IP, Ethernet traffic analysis tool, TAPs, traffic brokers)
- Excellent understanding of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing
- Active US Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Strong programming skills in Python
- CCNA, CCIE, JNCIE and/or CCDA certifications
- Extensive experience in packet analysis (Wireshark)
- Familiarity with ITILv3 concepts especially Service Operations
