Are you looking for a satisfying and exciting super part time job teaching drawing to kids K-5 Do you want a part time job that fits an afternoon schedule with no weekends and no holiday work? We are a perfect fit for para-educators retirees, stay-at-home parents easing themselves back into the workforce, college students majoring in education and/or art, freelance artists, and professionals with an open afternoon schedule We provide the curriculum, comprehensive paid training workshop, supplies, and location you will have no out-of-pocket expenses. You provide the CREATIVITY, ENTHUSIASM and FUN!

Classes generally start between 3:30 - 4:15 pm and are one hour long. This is VERY part-time work; up to five afternoons per week, one class per day. This is an ideal job for individuals wanting supplemental income and a flexible work schedule that generally amounts to 2-6 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are most needed. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance are a must! Fingerprinting and background check are required and paid for by Young Rembrandts.

Young Rembrandts is an international, award-winning after school drawing program. Our innovative step-by-step process teaches children basic drawing techniques. The curriculum encourages children to express their imaginations while improving motor skills, patience, focus, and ability to stay on task.

Our ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, has experience working with children, and has had the responsibility for motivating groups of children and guiding their behavior. Drawing experience is preferred, but not required. We will train qualified Instructors in the Young Rembrandts methodology and teaching technique.

We are currently seeking teachers in Frederick and Montgomery County for our Spring 2019 Session.
