Travel Visa Pro is a premier 3rd party agency specializing in facilitating the approval of travel visas and the issuance of US passports through the Department of State and foreign embassies. Our Adams Morgan location in Washington DC is looking to add an exceptional individual to our Customer Service Department. The job itself will require you working closely with other Team members to review clients' documents, work with clients as needed (either in person or over the phone or email), deliver them to a government and visa building and pick them up when they are ready. During the day youll also be working with clients nationwide, completing form fill applications and submitting e-visas online.

The ideal applicant should have at least 1 year of experience in the visa and passport industry. They must hold or be near completion of a Bachelors degree and/or be in graduate school. Furthermore, the incumbent must:

- Be punctual,

- Have high attention to detail,

- Have a proven track record in outstanding customer service,

- Able to multi-task,

- Able to perform under tight and stressful deadlines,

- Able to handle multiple calls,

- Communicate visa/passport requirements to customers effectively and politely,

- Possess great telephone customer service skills,

- Be patient and friendly with customers,

- Be positive,

- Handle stress.

The Ideal candidate MUST arrive to work on time! Integrity and sensitivity dealing with personal data is mandatory. All employees will be required to consent to and pass a federal and state background check.

Complete Job Description: This individual will be responsible for preparing visa and passport applications, updating manifests which will be submitted to the Department of State or foreign embassies, data entry for pertinent customer information, arranging for payment of fees, mailing documentation back to customers, and meeting and greeting walk-in customers. He or she will be expected to troubleshoot problems and effectively communicate solutions while on site. Lastly, the ideal incumbent will be responsible for relaying necessary information to clients to ensure all travel plans are met.

Travel Visa Pro offers a competitive starting salary and for those who show potential, there is immediate room for growth. Salary ranges from $20-25/hr DOE. The incumbent will be expected to work 40+ hours a week. Office hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Mon-Fri. A small travel stipend will be paid monthly. We also offer paid vacation/holidays, sick pay, 401k, and sales bonuses.
