We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Manager to join our team focusing on city- operations and courier growth in Washington, D.C.!

The ideal candidate is a people-person, someone who isn't shy and can present material in a fun an exciting way to new couriers. We want someone who can hustle hard and get things done with little to no oversight, without being afraid to ask questions. This is a full-time position starting at $18/hr + benefits and company perks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Courier Growth and Performance.

Organize & Lead Courier Orientations where new Couriers are trained through Onboardings on the ins and outs of being an amazing Saucey Courier.

Constantly look for opportunities to help Couriers WOW our customers with amazing service.

Organize Courier meetups and events.

Report issues and share actionable solutions.

Retail Operations and Quality Assurance

Responsible in ensuring all stores are stocked with materials needed to fulfill orders.

Minimum 1 touch points per store/week as a courier to ensure fulfillment standards and performance.

Identify and report operational issues/software bugs with proposed solutions.

Inventory stores to update menus and assist with store launches during expansions.

Reports to the Head of Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional experience š1-2 years of Operations/Management work experience.

Training & Presenting experience: An amazing communicator who's able to put together content and present to any audience in a fun and engaging way.

Managing experience: Hiring and managing a large group of people, constantly seeking to keep them engaged and happy.

Operating experience: Excelling with managing projects in a fast-paced environment and can use data to constantly improve processes and policies.

Customer Service skills: Setting examples of how to manage a wide array of customer issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.

Curiosity & Autonomy. A Self-Starter with a get it done mentality.

Knowledge of the city landscape and culture. In touch with the pulse of the city.

Strong work ethic, verbal and writing skills.

A sense of urgency to get things done. A track record of meeting deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.

Courier Experience with one or more on-demand delivery companies.
