We are a luxury wedding paperie located in downtown McLean. Our business has been around for 25 years and we provide high end custom stationery. We have a lovely showroom and working space. The projects and clients are challenging and super fun.
This role is the most ideal for someone who wants to make their own hours and is looking for ultimate flexibility. Stay at home mom? Amazing! Graduate student needing some extra income? Bring it on! We are typically open Tuesday through Saturday 9-5 or 10-6, but you don't need to be there those days and hours.
You:
You LOVE excel. You dream in spreadsheets. Project tracking makes your heart sing.
Your customer service skills and grammar are impeccable. You actually enjoy opening your email and seeing what the day will bring.
You also aren't afraid to jump into production work with us.We provide high end luxury products to our customers, but there is a fair amount of arts and crafts type work that goes into the production of the projects and it's usually all hands on deck to get them done. Sometimes we fight with printers, sometimes we cut paper, and sometimes we glitter!
Preferred but not remotely required:
Experience with Adobe particularly InDesign
