We are looking for a focused individual with attention to detail who wants to grow his/her career along with us. Our company is privately owned and a leading provider of document certification services in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. We serve clients all over United States and Internationally
The candidate we are looking for should be motivated to learn business operations. We require someone who will review documents with an eye for detail, assist with office operations and respond to client inquiries for our services over the phone and via email.
General responsibilities revolve around office operations and include reviewing and analyzing incoming orders, creating invoices and receipts, and sorting documents. The ability to multitask and work under deadlines is a must.
The hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm full time and 40 hours per week.
Benefits: The salary is $35,000 per year to start. This includes 1 week paid time off, plus 8 paid federal holidays per year. At this time, we are not offering any benefits for medical /dental insurance.

4) Has previous work experience in operations, sales or analytical tasks in an office environment.

6) Is an effective coordinator, both oral and written
7) Is proficient in using email, Google Drive, Word, and Excel
