This is an entry level management development position and is great for recent college graduates that want to be in the front line of a client or contract. This position does start at Entry Level and is non-negotiable. Looking to open 2 more offices for our territory within the next year and a half.

In our Entry Level Management Position, your general Job Responsibilities would include:
-Complete our onboarding training process & Award-Winning Training through our companies unique online university.
-Establish new relationships for leadership mentoring and growth with organizations through networking, field marketing, LinkedIn, and young developing professional leaders.
-Meet with clients to identify their families needs.
-Most entry level managers make between 55k-70k during their 1st year (before bonuses), with many going on to make 100K+ every year afterwards.
-Earn fun things through on-going contests that include all-inclusive trips, prizes & cash bonuses.
-Leading and developing an office with your fellow co workers.
