The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects in conjunction with Itek's current team. Estimator must be self-motivated, creative and hard working and must have an experiance for private and government construction projects. Must know how to develop unique proposal responses and capture new business opportunities from state or federal government, municipality and other private commercial opportunites. Must have at least 10 years of experience, must know how to read project specification books, must know how to prepare submittals and schedule , negotiate with sub contractors, prepare contracts.
Must be able manage multiple projects, ensure that all objectives and milestones are met, financial responsibilty for entire project, attend pre-bid walk thru's, create selected subcontrcator list, and travel for out of state projects.
