As the Construction Superintendent you will be in charge of project field operations, subcontractor/trades and field personnel on the project sites, as needed to successfully execute and complete projects on schedule and within budget focusing on safety, schedule and quality. The superintendent must coordinate with the project manager for material, equipment, and field paperwork.
Required Experience; ten years residential experience in the trades
Or
Five years field experience combined with a related degree
Qualifications
Organized and able to communicate well
Attention to detail
Schedule driven
Leads a safe work site
Team player, able to plan and direct successful teams
Ambitious and tenacious, yet fair
Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
