Data Entry/Administrative Asst. 10-15 hours per week in our Herndon, Virginia office, flexible schedule. Primary duty is data entry (invoices), some office admin/filing/mailing etc. for our small but busy property management business. May entail some simple research or requests by phone or email to other employees or vendors for missing information or invoices.
Requirements: Ability to enter data into a cloud software quickly and accurately. Must have proficient computer skills, be detailed oriented, able to operate general office equipment, and be comfortable working independently.
Data entry, bookkeeping/accounting/10-Key/office administration experience preferred but not required.
