- Create and manage the Data Warehouse connection to RSA Archer
- Generate monthly system and weakness oversight reports with corresponding analysis and escalation of issues
- Provide training, assistance, and technical support of web-based privacy tools
- Revise and upgrade FISMA and privacy tool code base
- Develop independent application automating processes
- Monitor support mailbox to address Security and Privacy requests
- Support and provide ad-hoc reporting to allow a near real-time understanding of security posture
- Update security authorization documentation and Authority to Operate (ATO) to address vulnerabilities
- Maintain System Security Plans (SSP), Information System Contingency Plans, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), operations manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide user support, training, and outreach to the HSDW user community on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis as needed
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all user requirements are identified and considered within the system and have the ability to share data
- Perform annual updates to the System Security Plans (SSP), System Contingency Plans (SCP), and Security Controls Assessment (SCA)
- Perform Tabletop exercises
- 5+ years of experience managing data warehouses
- 4+ years of FISMA experience
- 2+ years of experience developing security documentation (ATO, SSP, POA&M)
- 2+ years of experience with RSA Archer
- 2+ years of experience as part of a cybersecurity team
- 2+ years of Federal Government experience
- Familiarity with Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), and Third Party Web Application (TPWA)
